Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Why are some prices different?
A. You may see a special offers for particular events, currency adjustments or P&P inclusive options. Contact me if you are uncertain.
Q. What if I can't see a price.
A. The item might be sold if not listed but you can always contact me using the form above just to check.
Q. How long do cushions, mugs and coasters take to come?
A. The company I was using to print my designs onto cushions, mugs and coasters are no longer in business and so I only have a few items left in existing stock, it just takes normal postage timescales.
Q. Can I buy original artwork?
A. All of the artwork shown on my website are for sale except where 'sold' is shown in brackets underneath. If you can not see a price, use the form above to tell me which piece you are interested in and I'll contact you with the price.
Q. Can I just buy a card?
A. Yes you can, although the cost of postage would be added on top and I can post it to another address for you, if it's for somebody else. Handmade designs are constantly changing so you can request specific colours and style but you won't necessarily be buying exactly what you see on screen. Printed cards are as you see them and so you can specify which design and that is what you will get.
Q. Can I ask for a specific number on a limited edition print?
A. Yes you can but if it has already gone, I cannot use a number twice. My limited editions are printed up to number 100 in each size.
Q. How much is postage in the UK?
A. Prices vary depending on the weight of your order although. Small and medium circular artworks parcels are £10 to £15. If you're just buying a lightweight item such as a print or some cards it is usually no more than £3.50 to £6 for 48 hour tracked. If you want next day, 1st class tracking prices start at £4.50 upwards.
Q. Can I order from you if I live in another country?
A. Yes you can but the prices will vary depending on your location and what you are buying. Orders will always need to be tracked and so I will advise you of the price before you confirm an order. You can also order and pay from abroad but have an item sent to somebody living in the UK for example if you are buying something as a gift.
There may be customs and import tax to pay for high value, international orders.
Q. Are the cushion covers printed and are they washable?
A. Yes, they are printed on to a lovely soft vegan suede, which can be washed at 30 degrees in a washing machine.
Q. Where can I see examples of your art and textiles products?
A. Check out my exhibitions page to see which shows I will be attending
Q. I've seen you at a show and liked one of your original artworks but can't see it on your website. Does that mean it has been sold?
A. Not necessarily. Use the form to give me a description of the piece you like and I'll try and work out which piece it is and let you know if it is still available. If it's not in my current collection there might even be a discount available or you can commission a similar piece.
Q. Can I mix and match designs like the flowers when buying coasters and cushions?
A. This may be possible depending on what I have in stock. Contact me to discuss what you would like and I'll check to see if I can do it.
